This property was perfect for our family of 10! Plenty of space and parking for 4 vehicles including 2 boat trailers. The boat dock was a great size for 2 boats and could have easily docked a third. Lots of great outdoor space to hang around and get comfortable. I had a couple of small issues but easily got in touch with the owner right away. We certainly hope to come back again next year!

Nice spot on the lake

First time staying on Sinclair & we picked a good spot. The cove is quiet with minimal traffic. Plenty of room inside & out. The house is very nice.

Great Lake House

We had our family October getaway, the house was perfect, plenty of room to spread out, and lots of things to do. Enjoyed sitting on the very large porch overlooking the lake. It had a great boat dock to accommodate my daughter & son in laws pontoon.

Perfect family lake house

We had the best time here. Plenty of room for everyone, great flat walk to the lake and really comfortable living areas. The kids loved the arcade and pool table. Adults loved the upper deck that looked over the lake. I highly recommend this location! We enjoyed the lake every day just floating around and also fishing!

Graduation weekend

Great place for teenagers and family. Very clean and spacious. Kids had so much fun in the movie room! Close to marina if you are renting or putting in a boat for your stay. Overall Great house!

Long weekend at the lake

This was the perfect place for families with teens. They loved the basement/game room. The location was perfect. The only issue we had was no power at the dock. Otherwise, perfect place.

Spacious Lake House

Very large lake house with dock access. We brought our boat and were able to use the covered dock. House was very clean and has many amenities. Owner was very quick to respond and addressed any issues we had.

Great location and plenty to do

Very nice property and location. Lots to do between the billiards table, movie room, fire pit, darts, and kayaks. We had a great time and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be going back! Only drawback is the water depth off the dock is a little too shallow for jumping/diving but we still enjoyed the water regardless.

Perfect Lake rental!

This is the perfect rental! We enjoyed our time here so much! This home had everything we needed and was very clean. The host responded immediately to any questions and was very nice. Perfect view and quite cove. Our family would like to make this our yearly trip home. Thank you to the owners who share their home! You thought of everything when it comes to the kids and us big kids!😁

Pictures do not do this house justice! We fell in love. The house is 3 levels and wayyy bigger than expected. Its a very well stocked house. Getting to the house wasn't bad either.Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. The owner was great to correspond with! We will definitely be back. We highly recommend.

April Wedding

Absolutely beautiful place on the lake, amazing sunrise view especially the flag (soft spot for my Marine boys) was exactly what we needed for family who was there to attend a wedding, they had excellent space with game room and hot tub, and for me to make the wedding cake in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, lots of hot water and towels. Every one loved the place! Host responds quickly to any questions. If I ever go back to Georgia and need a big place I would definitely love to rent again!

Quiet retreat - greatly enjoyed.

The layout of the house is kind of funky but overall there is lots of room to spread out. Plenty of space for our group of 8 & it worked very well.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Could not have been happier with our stay. House is clean and well maintained. Loved the boathouse for hanging out down by the lake. The jet ski lifts are a big plus if you plan on bringing some or renting and keeping overnight. Beautiful view from the large back porch and plenty of seating for hanging out in the afternoon and enjoying the view. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a Lake Sinclair getaway.
