Waterfront Lake Retreat with Live TV for all the SPORTS!!!

This is a perfect getaway from the city for a weekend retreat or week vacation or longer. Unplug for a chilly morning and evening with the fire pit for the sweater weather season. Only 1.5 hours drive East from downtown Atlanta. University of Georgia in Athens is only one hour away for UGA fans and one hour to Augusta, where golf fanatics gather for the Masters Golf Tournament each spring!

Everything provided and all you have to do is bring yourselves and good company.
Large great room with lounge area with lake view to enjoy your morning coffee. Winters are cozy with the wood burning fireplace to watch football or play a game of pool. Relax and unwind with a book on the comfy screened in porch while watching the wildlife. Enjoy your meals on the porch while watching the boat activities on the water. Spend all day at the dock soaking up the sun, swimming, fishing and listening to music.

The lot is wooded and private with a large boat dock and plenty of yard to enjoy badminton, corn hole, crochet or bocci ball. The boat dock has a beverage cooler, a retractable ladder, shaded area with ceiling fan, table with 4 seats and a nice sized sun deck for fishing or sun-bathing.

**outdoor shower water is turned off during winter months to prevent freezing.

Enjoy the sunset from the dock with cocktails and good conversation. The water is approximately 4' at the dock. Twin Bridges marina is 10 minutes away by car and 5 minutes by boat away and features a boat launch.

Dog- Friendly :
This cabin is dog-friendly. we allow up to two well-behaved dogs. If bringing dogs, please be sure that you have fully read, understand and accept our policies shown in the rental agreement during your checkout process. Pet fee of $125 will apply.

Great location and lake was lovely. House was not as nice as the photos- much dated furniture and decor but was fine for a guys trip. Dock was very nice but covered with cobwebs- would have been nice to have not hat to clean that. Terrible ant problem in kitchen! Enty door to kitchen was worn and dirty, needed painting- not good first impression.

Perfect Stay In Get Away

My fiance and I love to just get away sometimes and fish. When we say this listing we thought it would be perfect and IT WAS!This place had all the things available to you and the dock was great to fish off of and shaded for our dog to chill along with us.

Lake Vacation

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, only 5 minutes from the twin bridges boat ramp. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch and ate dinner on the dock every night! The only issue we ran into was not being able to use the electrical outlets on the dock. We brought a fishing boat and needed to charge the trolling motor battery at night. We had to take the boat out of the lake every night and relaunch every morning to go fishing. Other than that in convenience we enjoyed our stay!

A true vacation HOME 🏠

It was the perfect place to make memories with my family. It didn’t feel like a vacation place but instead a home. The FULLY stocked home made making memories effortlessly! I have never been so happy with a VRBO. It was perfect!

My family and I had the best time staying here. The dock was perfect for swimming and fishing. We brought our boat and loved jumping on to grab breakfast at Twin Bridges Landing which is very close by. The house is stocked with lots of games for adults and kids. Our children loved playing with the giant Jenga and checkers. The area was quiet and evenings on the dock were peaceful, especially during the week. It was just what we needed.

Cozy Valentines Day getaway

Very clean and comfortable, well supplied, welcoming, and fun. Great Lake location; owner was very responsive and friendly. Tho the weather during our trip didn’t cooperate, the pool table provided endless entertainment! Will definitely consider booking this VRBO again.

Perfect Lake Sinclair Getaway

Awesome cozy retreat! We loved the upgrades since our last stay! The large picture window looking out in the lake is a favorite spot, and moving the TV next to it was perfect! Enjoyed time on the dock, and on the screened porch during rain showers. We will be back again!

Short, yet Epic Vacation

We had a blast. Everything was much more than we anticipated. If we weren’t fishing we were playing pool and vice versa. The home was very clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. To top it off we pulled in a 13lb catfish to top off our stay on the morning of our departure.

Cozy Stay

Pros- We loved the big picture window looking out on the lake. Property was well stocked for guests…board games, books, soap, shampoo, fishing poles and tackle, etc. We really liked all of the board games and the pool table. WiFi and TV was nice. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom items. Nicely renovated. Screened porch with couches and chairs was relaxing. I really liked the string lights on the porch and dock. Felt like a nice and safe neighborhood. We caught several big brim off the dock. Cons- The house is older and had an old musty smell when we first arrived. There were no extra blankets anywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was easy. We would stay again.
