Your Lake Sinclair adventure begins at this absolutely fabulous 4-bedroom lakeside ranch. Situated on a beautiful 2.7 acre West-facing lot, with incredibly stunning sunsets, over 250 feet of shoreline, a private beach, and a great dock, sits this amazing home! Inside, guests find two king beds, two twin beds and a trundle, a cozy sofa bed and pull-out ottoman -- perfect for families.

Enjoy your days swimming off the dock, floating on Noodles, exploring the lake on paddleboards, fishing for Bass, or sipping that cold beverage with your feet relaxing in the water of the sandy beach. This area of Sinclair offers the clearest water anywhere on the lake!

Kids driving you nuts? Send them to the multi-purpose room to play one of the dozens of games, watch TV, read a book, or play the retro-Nintendo! Better yet -- send them to the gameroom in the garage to play PingPong, Foosball, Ring Toss and Tiki Toss. No cell phones or social media needed!

Wind down in the evening, making S'mores over the fire pit and watching the sunset across the lake. And then retire to the house tell embellished stories around the fire table about how far you jumped off the dock or the size of the Bass you caught.

We had the BEST time! The property was exactly as reported! Great location with amazing fishing! Cove was quiet and the beach area was just what we needed with the grandkids!! The owner was very accessible no matter what time! Family already requested we stay here next summer!!

We had the absolute best time here with our family. The property is beautiful and being right on the water and have our boat there as well with our own dock, was exactly what we were looking for. The owners were super communicative when we had a few questions. There was so many activities and games for the kids, It was really set up to make the most of your family getaway. The beds were super comfortable and you can tell every little detail and thought that was put into this place. It felt very much like a hotel with all the plush towels too. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was one of the cleanest and had the most attention to detail I’ve seen! They spared no expense here and we will be back!!

Absolutely loved this place! Best location on the lake, clear water, beautiful sunsets! This place sits in a very quiet area of the lake, with little boat traffic but big water views. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. My family loved everything about this house... the game room in the garage, the fire pit, the retro-Nintendo, the paddle boards, the little beach, the boardgames... And the screened-in porch is perfect for watching sunsets at the fire table. John was an excellent host -- he was very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had the absolute best time staying at this lake house on Lake Sinclair! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, well cared for, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The paddle boards were a great extra for the water! The location is perfect. Right on the lake with beautiful views and easy access to fishing. One of the highlights of our trip was catching a HUGE catfish! We spent our days fishing, relaxing by the water, and making wonderful family memories.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place in the perfect spot on Lake Sinclair, this is it. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and would absolutely stay here again. The host was a great communicator also! Highly recommend!

We had the best time!  The house was amazing and everything was very well thought-out.  We spent most of our time hanging out on the dock and swimming.  It was such a great setup for spending the day down at the water.  The paddle boards were great -- we paddled over to the island and checked out the ducks and cranes.  The water was as clear as we have seen on Sinclair and we've been coming to this lake for years.  The house was well-appointed with everything we needed and was very clean and organized.  There were LOTS of games in the TV room and the game room in the garage was a great break from the sun.  The sunsets from the house were amazing!  John and Jen were awesome hosts and did a great job communicating with us before and during our stay.  We will definitely be back -- already planning the next stay.
