Beautiful views of Lake Sinclair is what it’s all about! Enjoy lake life’s kayaking, grilling, fishing, boating and having your morning cup of Joe on the expansive wraparound patio overlooking the lake and while listening to natures music. The outside patio decks have an abundance of seating and dining for all your gatherings. There’s a Neighborhood boat launch available for guest with boats. House has Wi-Fi and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs. We have a security camera located on driveway and one facing boat dock. We value your privacy and safety. There’s a new Publix grocery and Walmart in Milledgeville aprox. 30 min drive to town. Visit the historic district area where the beautiful Victorian homes line the street by the downtown colleges.

Kathy's lakehouse was exactly as we expected it to be based on the description and the photos! Very comfortable and spacious! Outside space was functional and well organized! Kitchen was easy to navigate! We did not enjoy any local restaurants as they would have been further than we felt like driving but had enjoyed grilling at the lake house and dinner in Milledgeville. Kathy was very responsive to every question asked in advance of our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is new and beautifully decorated. It was just as pictured. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed, and more. My husband appreciated the boat launch being right around the corner. Our kids loved tubing on the lake and swimming right off the dock. It was nice having the option to kayak as well! The fire pit was a favorite with my crew! And, that lake view…I already miss it! We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Nice updated house on the lake, open bright and well appointed. We enjoyed our five day stay overall, this rental has a nice open kitchen with dining area, a large outdoor space and boat dock. Very large spacious master with en suite and two private bedrooms tucked away towards the rear of the second floor.

The home was a perfect fit for our family! Extremely clean, comfortable, and peaceful! Beautiful spot on the lake located near goat island. I have marked this place as one of my faves because we will definitely use this location again :)

Rest and relaxation

It said “new listing” and it was NEW. We had a restful weekend, sat outside in various spaces the entire weekend depending on where was or wasn’t. Quiet, peaceful and lacked for nothing. Thank you for hosting us. Oh yea, we did exert some energy, we fished one morning with Dillan G. for stripers and hybrids and we caught and released more than our limit and had the most fun. Highly recommended Dillan 678-936-8780. Will be back for repeat of it all.

A Beautiful, Relaxing Stay

The place my husband and I rented for vacation canceled two weeks before our scheduled stay. We scrambled to find a new place. When we found this one, I was all in. The inside matches the images online. The place was bigger and nicer than I imagined. Lake Sinclair is lovely and while the house is on a little cove, it was easy to float or kayak out to the main body of water. Communication with the owners was efficient and simple. They were very kind. Not their fault but the addresses on Brandywine Run are not in order. Ha! The 605 address comes after a 460 (or something like that) and we were confused. But it was an easy fix. :) I like to walk and the streets around the house were perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The kitchen had everything we needed and came with a welcome basket of treats. The primary bedroom bed was comfy with good pillows. Even though we brought ours from home, we used the house pillows as well. The bathroom was huge! Lots of storage. We read a lot during the day but in the evenings watched old '80s reruns on Pluto or some app. I was never quite sure. ;p There were options for kids to watch as well during dinner prep time. I'm already thinking we'll stay here again. I feel blessed to have found this place.

From the moment we arrived at the property, it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was very clean, welcoming, and had such a cozy atmosphere. This area of the lake is one of several that have the views we were looking for as well as the Serenity it gave us. It was just a feeling and we went with it.

What makes this property unique

We can’t say enough about the views! We’re 30 minutes from the new Publix grocery store and there’s also a Walmart, and Kroger in town. The colleges and beauty of the historic homes brings you back to a simpler time.
