Overall, I would rent this place again. The rug and the couches had some stains on them. Which I’m sure is to be expected in a popular area. Host communicated very well and quickly. Very close to a lot of things, but just far enough away from the magnificent mile that it wasn’t a terribly busy area. You were able to walk around with no issues. Several stores close so easy access to water and drinks.

The location was amazing, but unfortunately the house did not live up to my expectations for the price or the “Luxury” description.The bunk bed was a major concern. The bottom bunk swayed noticeably whenever you moved, and I did not feel comfortable allowing my children to sleep on it. I contacted the host and was told that the bolts were tight and that some movement was expected with this type of bunk bed. However, because I did not feel it was safe for my children, we were unable to use two of the advertised sleeping spaces.The bed I slept in was also very uncomfortable, and unfortunately my back paid the price. The loft area was more suitable for standing or passing through than relaxing, as it wasn’t particularly inviting for sitting.There was also a strong emphasis on making sure guests were aware of the vending machines, while the laundry facilities were shared. I’m glad I didn’t need to use the laundry during our stay.Overall, the location was excellent, but given the price and the “Luxury” designation, I expected a much higher level of comfort, quality, and amenities.

This was a great for a multi night place to stay for our family. It was clean and check in was easy to do. It had everything we needed. If we had a couple of more days we would have used the private rooftop as well. Very cool view! Getting a ride share to and from this location to downtown was also very simple. I would stay here again and recommend this apartment.

Quick Chicago trip

In town for a concert and river tour - the property is spacious and in a good location within walking distance to many things. We enjoyed the main great room area a lot. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very basic but were okay for a couple nights.

Nice place

Interior of the apartment was nice. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue during our stay was that ghe laundry was not inside the unit, but instead inside the building.

The neighborhood location is perfect. Felt very safe and relaxed. The bike rental station is directly next to it. Making it easy to get around town. The home is very clean, beautiful views of Chicago. Plenty of space and beds. The private deck on the roof was amazing to go sit and enjoy.Having parking spots there at the residence was the awesome. Owner is quick to respond for any questions or concerns.

Great stay in Chicago

Short answer, we would stay here again. The owner is very responsive and sent thorough instructions before we arrived. I'm hoping they add black out curtains for future guests, but bring an eye mask just in case. This place has easy access to public transportation. The garage and private rooftop space were wonderfully rare bonuses for a city stay.

Winter trip

The location is great, especially having parking and not having to pay for it. The pictures do not do justice it's very spacious - there are even blow up mattresses in closets for more beds. Several food places within walking distances and a small market across the street. Communication was great as well.

Good Stay

Very nice property in a nice location. Love how close it was to the train which made exploring the city easy. Rooftop was nice, spacious, and well furnished. My only complaint is the noise in the first bedroom. The combo of the train + construction made it almost impossible to sleep, especially if you want to have the window open.

Great Chicago condo!

This is a fabulous alternative to a hotel. It’s one block from the brown line which made getting around very easy. We loved the modern decor and furnishings. We had plenty of room to relax and spread out after spending our time sightseeing. The only suggestions I might leave the host is that blackout curtains would be nice, and the towels were a bit thin. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Great location

Having the separate garage was perfect--We parked when we got there and didn't move our car until we left! Overall, the place was great--our kids really loved feeling like they were in the city. Ad said washer/dryer, but there wasn't one in our unit-maybe a shared one we didn't see?? The El is a block away, and easy to navigate. We walked to Navy Pier, The Field Museum, etc. Overall a great trip, thanks!!
