Surrounded by mountain views, Gilford Family Retreat showcases an effortless indoor/outdoor living flow. With your favorite people by your side, enjoy hosting family cookouts on the large deck, equipped with ample seating and a Weber gas grill.

Inside, each room displays a mini-split air conditioner unit, ensuring your comfort during the warmer months of the year. As the chef of the group utilizes the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, sit back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Family game nights can be indulged in over the tabletop arcade or in front of the Wii U.

Sizable and well-decorated, the bedrooms are equally charming. A sleeper sofa is available if you need additional sleeping arrangements. A washer/dryer and a collection of board games tie together the stellar list of interior amenities.

This home was the perfect retreat for us to enjoy a long weekend in Gilford. The open layout made it easy to remain engaged with your companions while in the kitchen/dining room/living room. The kitchen was spacious and functional and made it easy to prep both meals for home and picnics to bring on adventures. The large deck was a great place for coffee and conversation, and the spacious bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place in Gilford

The house was great. Very roomy, and very comfortable. My daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter live a mile away, so my brother, sister-in-law, and niece came for Christmas. It was a great location, and a very comfortable well appointed home.

Beautiful location! Beautiful home that could use some upgrades, but hey it’s a rental I don’t blame them. Could use TVs in 2 master suites. Bedrooms were very large, very comfortable beds and nice sheets and towels! Kitchen had enough stuff to get by.. tons of space! Loved the area - don’t miss Littleton 1 hour away I fell in love with it! Don’t hesitate to book as long as you don’t expect the Ritz! Washer & Dryer so nice to have when traveling!!!

Close to hiking/Gunstock and Weir Beach

This was a great house to rent. We had a big group and there were plenty of places to hang out without feeling cramped. It said sleeps 10 and it did, across 3 bedrooms and gameroom. No issues with the bathrooms either! Plenty of towels and blankets, and washing machine/dryer was good. It was super close to the backside of Gunstock so hiking the mountain or enjoying the rides on the other side was easy. Equally, things we did around Laconia were easy to get to. If you’re looking for a renovated modern house this one probably isn’t it, but if you want a clean house, convenient to things, room for 10, at a fair price.. book it Added bonus.. a house that had cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. I hate renting a house were you have to buy every little thing.

Great location and amenities, but needs better housekeeping

​Pros: Having access to the garage was a huge plus, making this a great spot for motorcycles. It's in an excellent location close to Laconia. The washer and dryer worked well, and the checkout process was incredibly easy with minimal effort required on our part. ​Cons: The cleanliness definitely fell short. The stove needed a good scrub, the yard was unkept, and the deck was covered in straw and leaves. Additionally, the garage floor was very dirty, and the mini air conditioner air filters were absolutely filthy. ​Note to host: It would be very helpful to include a manual or clear instructions for operating the air conditioning
