This adorable & new renovated 2 bedroom upstairs apartment is located in the heart of downtown Douglas. Enjoy the views of the backyard from the second story among the trees.
This is an open loft unit and has a loft bedroom with a king size bed on the second level, a second bedroom with a double size bed, custom sized at 60" long and perfect for 2 kids.
The living room/conversation pit area boasts a queen size pullout for 2 more guests.

Fall Break

We enjoyed our visit to Douglas very much. Love the location of the Treehouse! Close enough to walk around Douglas and over to Saugatuck. The treehouse is cute and was perfect for a few days. My daughter loved the “nook” for lounging time. Kitchen is very small but we did not cook so it was fine. The stairs to the master are very narrow and difficult to maneuver if not paying attention and taking it slow.

Nice little Getaway

Accommodations were good. Oven couldn’t be used because it needed cleaning but over all the location was great! The outdoor space is really nice.

Great location. Nice, if tight, place.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The location is wonderful and the property is overall charming. But better communication from the host would be helpful. We didn’t have any idea what was included in the unit - appliances, kitchen supplies etc - which made packing/shopping more challenging and we didn’t receive check in or departure instructions until we specifically asked for them. Some in unit instructions would also be helpful. The 2nd bed is placed under the sloped ceiling in a way that it was almost unusable. Certainly not for two people. My lanky teen son slept diagonally and still hung off the bed a bit. The door for the upstairs toilet must be wide open for someone to use it. Additionally, the convertible sofa bed had been fitted with metal bars - to reinforce their structure I presume, but they were jagged and sharp and my daughter cut her leg on them. They also make it very difficult to stow the bed. We brought it to the attention of the host but never received a reply.
