Great Experience!

We had a great trip and comfortable stay in this house! It is a great, prime, quiet location. The corner unit has a lot of natural light with views of the water and a shaded deck. The space was clean and had many updated additions. Overall the experience was great and we would return again!

My adult daughters and I stayed 2 nights at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings after shopping and eating all day.

Great place for a family stay. Spacious condo held our five person family. The WiFi was very poor and the front door broke, but other than that a great place.

The house was very clean. The house was very conveniently located within two blocks of downtown Douglas and an easy 2 minute drive to Saugatuck. The beds were super comfortable and the master bedroom had heated floor tile in the bathroom which was nice during our cold weekend. We will definitely be back.

Great place, great location

Three of us stayed here for a girls weekend. It was very roomy, comfortable and close to all of the places we wanted to visit. The unit was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. Just a couple of minor issues - the daybed was very squeaky and one of the bedroom lights needed some repair. They could also use some new towels. But other than these very minor things, the unit was a perfect place for our girls weekend! It is a corner unit, so there is lots of light. It was wonderful having the fireplace as one of the evenings was pretty chilly. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place and location…terrible property management response.

The condo/location is nice. But I was appalled at the lack of response we received from the property management team. We discovered our first morning there that the coffee maker didn’t work. I reached out to vacasa (property management company) regarding this issue at 9:30 am. I was assured this would be taken care of right away, someone was going to bring us a new one that day. Needless to say that never happened. I reached out again that evening to request an update and still nothing! We never did receive a coffee maker so each morning we had to get up and drive to town for our coffee. Not something you want to do on a relaxing vacation. The joke was when we were leaving we passed the Vacasa office only a couple blocks away from the condo!! They could have brought a coffee maker anytime. We won’t go back to any property that’s managed by Vacasa!

We loved this property!

We really enjoyed the location of Beacon Court, as well as the fully stocked kitchen and large, spacious layout. The surrounding area is gorgeous. You can see the lake from the property, and it's quiet. Everything was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the trundle bed, but it seemed like it would have been ok for kids.

Beautiful Condo in Douglas

We stayed in this condo for a short getaway weekend. It was lovely. Very clean and everything we could want or need. All the comforts of home and then some. The location was great. Easy walking distance into Douglas and even very walkable to Saugatuck where we enjoyed shopping and a late lunch. We also had a superb dinner at Borrowed Time in Douglas. Delightful! We'll return and would definitely stay at this condo again.

A perfect place to connect with family

I rented the Beacon Court Townhouse for my son and his family who were coming into Douglas for a wedding. It w as perfect. It was convenient to all of the planned events for the weekend and close to our condo, which is also in Douglas. The town house was beautifully appointed, felt like home and helped to connect our many family members who had been separated through most of this pandemic. It became a safe place to help us celebrate.

The main level is very comfortable. Wonderful view of Lake Kalamazoo. Walked to Wades Bayou for Kayaking. Enjoyed the more laid back and quiet location of Douglas. Easy fast drive to Saugatuck
