Really enjoyed our time at Southern Charm. The information book was the best we have ever had while renting. Host was so responsive and helpful. The house was great for a family coming to Auburn for a football game. We did not have the time to enjoy the lake but look forward to a future visit.

Lynn is a great host. This would be our 6th or 7th time coming to Lake Martin. And I would have to say this house is one our faves. 5br and 4 ba was perfect for two families. Just as described and in immaculate condition. Great backyard with two fireplaces and big dock. Thanks for having us

Yearly Summer Lake Trip

Excellent Location. Close to Niffers and the new Lake Martin Grocery by car and to Chucks and the new Landing by boat. Easy access to water, and dock accommodated our boat and 2 Sea Doos nicely. Nice patio and very nice large TVs that we used to watch an epic French Open final.

Best Sleep Ever!

We can't say enough about Southern Charm! The house is clean, well kept and so cozy that we slept better there than we do at home! The view is amazing and morning coffee overlooking the lake is heaven sent. We can't wait to return.

A Wondeful Thanksgiving Trip!

We brought our family,my parents, and my husbands parents up from Louisiana to stay for Thanksgiving break! The property was beautiful and we had an amazing time! The house was so clean and there was plenty of space for all 10 of us! We loved the Christmas decorations and tree!!

This was our first time to Lake Martin and definitely will not be the last! This home was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed especially in the kitchen! It fit two families very comfortably and was in an excellent location!

Beautiful!

This property was beautiful and so thoughtfully furnished! The beds, furniture, and amenities were fantastic! This property was very kid (and baby!) friendly. The neighborhood pool was lovely and my kiddos enjoyed the firepit and canoe/paddleboard. If we visit Lake Martin again- we’ll definitely want to stay here!

Southern Charm Was A Hit !!!

Southern Charm was a total hit for our 2 families visiting Lake Martin. The house is amazing, very well furnished, and beautiful. The view of the lake? Spectacular! Southern Charm definitely has the best lot in the Magnolia Cove neighborhood. We will definitely be renting here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Martin property with two families from Birmingham. The house was exactly what we were looking for, with plenty of space for both adults and kids to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together.The lake access was fantastic, and the dock made it easy to get out on the water. We loved having access to paddle boards and kayaks, and we spent most of our days swimming, boating, fishing, and enjoying the beautiful views. The outdoor spaces were especially enjoyable for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The large kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the home was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked for a comfortable stay.One of the things we appreciated most was how well the layout worked for multiple families. There was enough room for everyone to gather together while still having private space when needed. The location was convenient yet peaceful, making it easy to enjoy the lake without feeling crowded. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. Overall, this was a perfect Lake Martin getaway for our group. We made great family memories and would absolutely recommend this property to other families looking for a relaxing lake vacation.

Truly a slice of heaven! Lynn’s home is a true retreat and it was a tremendous blessing to our family this past week as we celebrated my son’s graduation from Auburn. The location is perfect! Just over 30 minutes to the Auburn campus. The neighborhood is wonderful too. A beautiful pool and hot tub to use in addition to lake time. The sunsets and sunrise views right over the lake are picture perfect! The bluebirds and hummingbirds love it too! We fished right off the dock and enjoyed the stone seating area with fire pit right on the point often! We also enjoyed the fireplace on the porch each morning while we enjoyed our coffee. So peaceful!!The kitchen has an abundance of pots, pans, nice coffee makers, and more. The beds are also great! We are very particular and treasure our sleep and we are leaving Southern Charm fully rested! Also, Lynn has a giant gardenia bush at the front door and several along the side of the house that keep the entire place smelling as heavenly as it looks! We would highly recommend Southern Charm to anyone looking for a top notch stay at Lake Martin!
