Come enjoy this newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath house with a great garage apartment that has a king size bed with a full-size bathroom, refrigerator, and kitchen area. Plenty of outdoor living and covered parking connected to the house for your boats, other watercraft or just your vehicles. Additional parking in the front and on the side of this corner lot. Just minutes from Lake Whitney. We are a short drive to downtown Whitney, Hillsboro, and Waco. Explore these areas that offer unique shopping for all your needs, great food, and even city tours in Waco, Wine tours, and the Magnolia Market plus so much more.

Nice quiet place to bring the family to enjoy the outdoor or for fishing buddies to rent on their guys' weekend. close to several Marinas in the area. bring a golf cart to roam through this area with ease. There is plenty of room for watercraft for a great lake weekend.

Exceptional

What a charming place to stay! Spacious and cozy and clean. We had everything we needed and more. Made some wonderful memories. Had an in-law sweet and game room for the kids. Perfect place to grill and relax. Lots of room. This will be our home away from home and the Host is so SWEET and helpful! Definite 5 stars!

We are from the DFW area and have enjoyed this new adventure that kind of came into our lives unexpectedly. I take pride in my guest and try to come up with something unique to surprise the guest with during their stay. My hope is to bring joy to our guest the same way it brings joy to us every time someone books our property

We didn't choose this neighborhood it kind of chose us. We love the laid-back atmosphere and the ease of getting around no matter where you are headed

We can provide all the amenities or no amenities, I believe what makes a property unique is the host and the feeling that guest get when enjoying their stay, I think that is what makes a property unique, it is not what the property has it is the feeling you get just by being there.
