The property was very family friendly. The pool table and the PAC Man arcade game was a big hit. Jenni was super easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Fairbanks and our stay at the house.

Fairbanks Family Fun

The house is setup nicely. The pool table adds a relaxing activity at the end of the day. It is kept up nicely and is very clean. The home owner gave helpful suggestions and always responded promptly. I would recommend this property.

Hockey Tournament

The house was very clean and in a great spot just outside of town proper. The beds and couches were comfortable and the kitchen was well suited for the cooking we did. The pool table, the arcade and several board games added for some entertainment while between games. Communication with the owner was thorough and easy. Overall, we had a great time staying here and we were much more comfortable than the teammates at the hotel.

Family Fun in Fairbanks (and around)

My family and I stayed here for spring break. We hoped to get a little more winter in our bones before is warmed up back home. This house was great for us. It was close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of room for my family of four. Jenni was so easy to reach, which is always nice when you're traveling with kids. We played pool, board games, sat in the living room with the northern light flame color option, and even saw the northern lights from the house one night. We were cozy in the house even when it dipped below freezing and the car plug in was simple to figure out for those that aren't used to them. I booked this place last minute and Jenni was responsive and everything was smooth.

Thanksgiving weekend

The home was in a good location and had the perfect amount of space and amenities for our family. The host went above and beyond in her communication with us. We would love to give this place a 5 star review, but can't in good conscious do so. The house was not clean. We had to wash bedding before using after finding multiple soiled areas, including bloody snot on the sheets. There were dishes that had caked on food, the microwave and fridge had not been wiped out and the counters and floors had crumbs all over them. The table cloth was stuck to the table from a spill that had been left and there was hair build up in the shower drains and dried urine around the toilet. I could go on about the filth but you probably get the idea. We did not complain to the host as we were exhausted and just needed a place to stay. It was Thanksgiving day and nothing else was available. It is my hope that the host gets to the bottom of this and finds a new cleaning lady, because otherwise this would be a 5 star stay.
