Staying at Monte Vista feels like being on vacation in Cabo San Lucas. Located on 180 gated acres, this active lifestyle Resort has 5 pools (including two large pools with long lap lanes, two standard sized pools and one smaller pool) surrounded by palm trees with waterfalls and elegant cabanas. Two of the pools have large professional barbecues with comfortable seating and a fire pit perfect for enjoying cocktails.

Three hot tubs with hearty jets will relax your muscles after a tough day at work! TWELVE pickle ball courts, 8 tennis courts, shuffleboard, croquet, a putting green, large billiard’s room, a fully equipped fitness room, ping pong, complete woodworking shop with some of the latest equipment, a softball field, award-winning golf across the street, 70 golf courses within close proximity, and other activities too numerous to mention. Endless Amenities:

The large, elegantly decorated game room and library has comfortable lounging couches surrounding a big screen TV and computers available for use. A second contemporary community building has comfortable couches with a big screen for watching games or anything you desire with a food preparation counter and many round tables available to socialize with friends. Two outdoor barbecues are outside this elegantly decorated building with 6 comfortable chairs surrounding a rock/gas fire pit. There is also a large conference table with a big screen in the same building for meetings, as well as private business/meeting rooms available for use at no charge.

Monthly concerts, card games and bi-weekly exercise classes, a fully equipped wood shop and many other classes are available during the summer months. Nearby: Using a private access gate, you’re within walking (or biking) distance to restaurants/bars, nail and hair salons, banks, groceries, UPS store and most everything you would need. Local Attractions: Amazing walks and hiking in the majestic Superstition Mountains with its scenic Saguaro Canyon for hiking and boating, Roosevelt and Apache Lakes plus Hot Air Balloon rides, Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix concerts, Scottsdale nightlife and more.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and oven with a four -burner stove top. Eating and food prep utensils, dishes, glasses, mugs, pots & pans, plus a few seasonings, will make you feel at home. Main Living Area seats 4-6 and the bay window faces a roundabout to the East with a beautifully sculpted fountain (where birds frolic in the refreshing water) and you’ll enjoy the magnificent sunsets to the West.

Main Bedroom & Bath: The main bedroom is spacious at 14’ x 15’ with wall to wall mirrored closet doors. There are several windows with shutters that can allow lots of light into the room if desired. You’ll enjoy a NEW extremely comfortable tempur-pedic double sized bed. The adjoining bathroom is very spacious with a large shower, blow dryer, new set bath towels and a new adjustable height shower head. Each bathroom has its own water heater, so running out of water during a normal shower is not an issue even if both bathrooms are simultaneously are in use.

Second Bedroom/Den: The bedroom/den has a full-sized Murphy Bed with a pillow top that can be retracted when not in use and is perfect to accommodate a short term visitor. The balance of the room can be used as an office with the addition of a desk and chair and has access to the second tub/shower bathroom.

Laundry Room: Full sized washer and dryer with a small screened in porch out the back door perfect for night time bicycle storage. Covered Parking large enough for two small or mid-sized vehicles. Additional parking for a golf cart is available on pavers on the East side of the house.

Cleaning: The rent includes a cleaning person to enter the house for two hours once every 2 weeks to provide basic cleaning services. We can discuss arranging for them to enter the premises at a convenient time for you.

100% refund of amount paid if you cancel within 5 days after the booking.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date.
