Some positives and negatives. The location is fantastic for getting to NODA or downtown. It's a nice neighborhood with an amazing coffee shop around the corner. The beds are very comfortable! Sharon was excellent with communication and getting us what we needed quickly. When we couldn't find the air mattress, she had it brought over.. The kitchen is very well equipped. AC works well. It's clean enough, just not super "hotel" or professional clean. There is a mild unpleasant smell throughout. Overall it's a good stay, comfortable, great location.

We had a lovely stay and felt immediately at home, especially when we saw the coffee maker with a generous supply of coffee pods. The unit is clean and inviting. Our host communicated with us several times before our arrival with clear instructions about how to access the key and how the property should be left upon checkout. Parking was very convenient, immediately in front of our door. The AC unit kept us comfortable at all times, and the washer/dryer combo in the house was a great convenience. If we ever return to Charlotte, I would love to stay in the same unit.
