Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the last-minute change and the inconvenience it caused during your trip. A flooding issue is never ideal, and while we’re glad we were able to provide alternative accommodations and a refund for the price difference, we understand that the substitute unit did not meet the needs of your group, especially with young children in tow. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be reviewing this situation internally to ensure we handle future incidents with more consideration and better support. We truly appreciate your understanding under difficult circumstances and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.
