I had a great stay overall. The host was very nice, welcoming, and responsive throughout my visit. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My only criticism is that it felt a little pricey for the size of the space, but everything was as described and I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it to others and would consider staying here again in the future

Clean, cute. Quite the maze to get around though between parking and room accessibility. I would recommend only if you’ll be in town longer than 2 nights.
We loved staying at the Local. The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities that you would have at home. Very spacious. Had a very nice size closed and it was great to have the washer and dryer in the apartment. It was nice to have covered parking in the garage, as parking on the street is very limited. Loved the sky deck, we sat out just about every night watching the sunset and lights come on in the city. It was centrally located walking distance to restaurants. WinCo and Whole Foods Market were right next to the apartment. We enjoyed the pool and spa area. Had a room to play games, watch TV and grill. We will be coming back and hopefully get the same unit on the 7th floor. Felt very safe and secure. Mark was great working with and checked in periodically to make sure that we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of everything The Local has to offer from the Sky Deck sunsets and pool to the convenient location near downtown, Whole Foods, and WinCo.
It's great to know the apartment felt clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and that the covered parking and in-unit washer and dryer made your stay even more convenient. We're especially happy you felt safe, secure, and well taken care of throughout your visit.
It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation. We'd love to welcome you back, and we'll do our best to help you stay in your favorite 7th-floor unit again. Safe travels, and we look forward to seeing you next time!

Thank you for staying with us, Anthony.
While we're disappointed we didn't earn a higher rating, we understand that your stay coincided with a rare property-wide internet outage caused by significant off-site fiber damage that affected the entire building and surrounding area. Unfortunately, the outage began before your arrival and was not restored until after your departure despite around-the-clock repair efforts by the internet provider.
For future guests, it's also worth noting that apartment 721 is listed with a maximum occupancy of 3 guests and includes one king bed and one available on request twin rollaway bed. Prior to arrival, Anthony informed us that his group would consist of 4 guests after booking, which required an additional person to be accommodated beyond the unit's stated capacity.
We appreciate Anthony choosing to stay with us and wish him and his family all the best.
