**A FEW THINGS TO NOTE**
• **Occupancy:** Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 9 guests (no exceptions).
• **Fireplace Rules:** Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (Oct 1st - May 15th). The fireplace cannot be operated while the A/C is running.
• **Cancellations:** Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee.
