We have stayed in this condominium several times, and it has always been a great experience. The owner is very reliable and always responds promptly. The location is excellent, the place is very clean, and it is always in great condition.

Ski trip with family

Amazing location! Perfect spot, very cozy place. Has everything you need, and the host is very easy to work with. Would stay here again for sure. Also nice it was pet friendly. Pizza place, grocery, and a cafe all right across street next to the lifts.

Great Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here! This is the second time we’ve stayed and would definitely come back. There is a good amount of room for a family of four and our doggy. The location is very convenient. Super close drive to resort parking lots, or walk across the street to Giant Steps. The kids loved being able to play outside in the snow. Sidewalks and parking lot are well maintained in the snow. The place is cutely decorated and has a great view of Giant Steps. Definitely recommend!

Family Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed our cozy getaway with views of Giant Steps lifts through the snow. It was easy to communicate with Carolina. The only trouble we had was finding the building when we arrived just after dusk in snowfall. Its not easily visable from the parking area. Thanks for the getaway space.

Good.• Walking distance to Giant Steps but not ski in and out. Would be a far walk for young kids/toddlers.• Can see the lift from the balcony.• Lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc.• High chair available.• Close to parking lot.• Plenty of coat hooks to hang your gear.• Bathroom was clean.Bad.• Slow WiFi. Not fast enough for normal web browsing let alone streaming movies. Don’t plan to take conference calls here.• 2nd bedroom needs new mattress, it sinks in the middle.• Lighting in the living room could be better/brighter for reading.• No bath mat, so we had to use a towel.

Clean, well stocked, close to Bryce National Park

We Stayed at this condo in the Brian Head Ski Resort it was the last week in September and off season. We stayed here as our base for traveling to Bryce National Park. It was about an hour drive. The condo was clean well stocked with kitchen equipment and we cooked in the condo a few times on the electric stove. There were some basic spices available. There are 2 small stores in the Brian Head resort one within walking distance but they are expensive and sparsely stocked. I would recommend you bring your own necessities or stop in the closest towns grocery store on your way here. We especially enjoyed the Thai restaurant within walking distance as well. The condo is equipped with cleaning, shampoo, conditioner and kitchen cleaning products. The condo has a Dish but it had very limited programs. We used wi fi and our computer for entertainment displayed on the large screen TV. There is a small pond with fishing. The condo has a fireplace and wood at the office area. The beds were comfortable and the living are had 2 chairs and a couch which was good for socializing. The coffee table has a lot of games and there area also a bookcase full of DVDs and a DVD player. Overall a good experience clean well equipped unit. The owner is very responsive and responded within a short time to any inquires. There was a large forest fire last year at Brian Head but it has not affected the business of the area. The charred trees are still standing and can be seen approaching the resort. The burned areas are not near the ski runs or near this condo and have not affected the businesses we visited.

Such a cute cozy condo! There was 4 of us and we had lots of room. This place had everything we needed for our stay. It was right across from the lodge, the fishing pond and close to the restaurants. Check in was so super easy.

Overall nice stay. The amenities like shampoo and bodywash were empty and we dropped something and had to move the couch which also had a lot of gross surprises.

Cozy, convenient

Great little spot for a family of four. Could squeeze a few more on the couch. The kitchen is well laid out so cooking is easy.Nice towels, appliances all available. Built in soaps were out while we were there but that’s extra in my mind anyway. Tons of movies and books.

Super cozy spot

We loved our stay here. It's a cozy place with fun decor making our ski getaway feel so relaxing. There is a little hallway at the entry with a bench and lots of hooks, handy to drop all our winter gear on after a day of hitting the slopes. Lots of hooks in the bedrooms too. Games and puzzles were provided. Oh, and it's right across from Giant Steps, very convenient.
