HIgh-end furnishings mixed with funky & quirky make this a fun & comfortable place to call home. We are located within walking distance of the RTD Bus line and the Parker Adventist Hospital, & just a hop, skip & a jump away from E470 which quickly connects you with the rest of the Metro Denver area, including the DTC area, Skyridge Hospital, Anschutz Medical Center, Aurora Medical Center, Swedish, Porter, and Castle Rock Adventist Hospitals.

What makes this property unique

The uniqueness of this property is that you feel like you are out in the country, far removed from the hustle, noise and chaos of the big city, and yet we are very close to major highways which can quickly transport you to your work, or playtime in the mountains. Here we live peacefully, no drama, lots of wildlife to include owls, eagles, hawks, hummingbirds, and squirrels, and the distant sounds of coyotes, windchimes, and a waterfall.
