Please no smoking or vaping inside the house. Any smoking offense will have a penalty of $500.

Maximum 2 guests per bedroom. Minimum of 4 people per stay.

The master bedroom has a desk so that, if needed, you can bring out your laptop and get right back to work.

The laundry room is located behind the kitchen. In this room you will also find a broom and Swiffer to use as needed. When using the washer and dryer, please leave the "start" button pressed so that it can start it's cycle.

An iron can be found in the master bathroom.

There is a fenced in backyard.

The garage and closet downstairs by the garage are locked and will not be accessible to guests.

Brackett Family Stay

Beautiful rental property with all the amenities that a family would need for their stay. Very big house with a comfortable private back yard with covered porch. Property is very clean and well kept. Ms. Patricia the owner is very professional and was responsive when contacted. Great location in a nice neighborhood and within commuting distance of all the sites. Grocery stores and restaurants within five minutes. I'd definitely stay with Ms. Patricia again if in San Antonio. FIVE STARS across the board!!!

Above & Beyond

We had a couple of hiccups, mostly because of the internet company but we got it all straightened out. We flew in from Alabama and drove a rental csr to see the eclipse. Patricia went above and beyond when my husband left his peesonal car keys at her Vrbo and didnt realize until we were 2 hours down the road. He wanted to drive back but i contacted Patricia to have her overnight them to our next Vrbo...they arrived in time for our return to Alabama. She went above and beyond and was pleasant the entire time, sending us the tracking number too. Very nice host!

I chose this home because of how quiet it is and how close it is to a lot of major tourist attractions.

What makes this property unique

There is color at my house! It is not the typical sterile looking home in beige, creams and whites - not that I have anything against those homes, however, I do like color, and feel it makes a home look, and feel, cozy.
