Great building - unit needs desperate facelift

Let me start by saying we haven’t not given a low rating that I can recall so we aren’t extremely picky. Positive is the building and location are great! Unit itself is just very worn - kitchen needs new cabinets, appliances, cups, dishes - just everything. Bathrooms also in need of facelift - everything is just worn. Pretty clean with new towels - we wouldn’t rent this unit again.

Leah, thank you for letting us know we are currently working on updating the condo now that we are using Treasure Island Resort rentals we purchased the living room furniture and balcony furniture we felt those would be the most important things. We will continue to do upgrades to the condo.
