I loved everything about this vacation rental. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the house was beautiful. Not only did it look exactly like the listing, it was also spotless when we arrived. Everything was in working order. I did have an issue with a toilet and the garbage disposal, however, I contacted the host who promptly sent maintenance within hours and fixed the problems. I really can't say enough about how much my family and I enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

the house is not the greatest. the walls need to be painted carpets are stained the house is just dirty, dirt along edges of carpets, stained linen dried spit on the wall used bandaid in pool, pool table is beat up and not really usable the theater had no remote for the projector and was very blurry this house was road hard and put away wet.

This company was absolutely awful to rent from. They had dirty sheets and took two days to bring us new ones. The latest update is they want us to pay for damages to chairs that were already there when we checked in and I have the pictures to prove it. It was such a disappointment for the money we paid. Last year we had the house right next door and they were amazing to rent from.

Amazing family Christmas!

About 23 of us, from different branches of the family, all stayed here over the week of Christmas and it was such a dream! We plan to come back for another stay very soon. Pros:- pool was heated and ready for us before we arrived- was not expecting a pool table and they had one there- house is huge and all of the rooms are comfortable - the resort is beautiful and mostly quietCons:- difficult to find initially in the gps- more towels are needed! (And definitely more pool towels)- provide at least two dishwashing pods to start with since there are two dishwashers

The house has several dents, dings, stains, carpet damage, and was just dirty. Beyond these cosmetic issues, there were numerous functional issues as well, including loose trash inside the outdoor trash bin, a meat-rotting smell coming from the kitchen sink, ants in a bathroom, multiple sinks and showers not fully draining, a non-functioning vacuum cleaner, a broom full of dust and debris, a non functioning outdoor fan, a broken outdoor screen door, dishwasher not cleaning the dishes fully, the refrigerators not cooling sufficiently, and TVs in the game room not being able to connect to the games. We immediately notified the property host by messaging on the app on many of these issues, but never received a response. After twenty-four hours of no response, we contacted vrbo customer service who reached the host. All we asked was for notice before someone came to make the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, the host sent a repairman without notification and the person came to the house when I was not present. When some members of our family answered the door, he did not speak English or Spanish, therefore, we were completely unable to communicate with him regarding the issues we had with the house. This is certainly not the condition that was advertised nor was it the customer service experience we expected. We spent significant energy attempting to make the house habitable for all guests and unfortunately, this took away from what was supposed to be a stress-free experience.
