Was great. Only negative thing was has two toasters both broke let manager know but did bring new on
Bring your own toaster. No k cup coffee machine. Cleaning people are so so. Had to wash windows for looking at beach. Under sink look like it had not been wash for months. Love the location and size of rooms. Owners where easy to reach but did not always follow through
We stayed here last year as well. This is by far the best place we have stayed along the Saco coast. The view can’t be beat. Location location location. You can easily walk to the pier, stores and all amusement attractions. Also, the condo is very spacious. The size of the kitchen and balcony alone are unbelievable compared to any hotel on the strip. My family loves this place. We will be back!
One handicapped person and was great for her using large bathroom. Able to use walker in unit
They supplied linens but not face clothes, dish rag or dish wiper so need to bring own. Great location and beautiful view all day long looking at water. Sleeping at night with windows open you hear the waves all night long. It was great.

Furniture not what was pictured We needed the lazy boy for my disabled son and Zack as why we picked the unit. Towels were very old and paper thin. Floors were very sandy and dirt behind furniture. Overall the unit is very nice. Could just use some TLC. Most disappointed in the furniture and differences in pictures.
I have a family of 6 who’ve stayed up and down the OOB coast throughout the years, and this was the most spacious place we’ve ever stayed. This place was perfect for us! It had a nice sized kitchen/living room, TWO bathrooms w/showers, two parking spots and the best balcony ever! Perfect view of the beach, and even though there were families staying throughout the building we couldn’t hear them. Also, the location is PERFECT! It feels very private while also being just a super short walk to the pier/carnival/stores! We’ll definitely be back!
We were delighted that this condo had every bit as much of the "Beachy feel" as other smaller traditional beach cottages have. Plus, the place was clean and tidy, large rooms, a laundry, and with two bathrooms, we were not needing space. But the best part of all was the incredible panoramic ocean view! Sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves is what we came for. The property manager was always pleasant and available for our questions and needs, which were few, as it was an adequately supplied place. This great place gets 5 stars in our book!
We had a wonderful stay. Minor issues. Unit could use some updating and a little more supplies in kitchen. BUT the location can’t be beat! AND Nicole and Ryan couldn’t have been more attentive. I am a frequent VRBO renter…They respond quickly, it’s very clear they want you to enjoy your stay! And we sure did! Thank Nicole and Ryan!! Most responsive property managers I’ve had the pleasure to deal with!
The property was perfect. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It was clean and a great location. The view was beautiful. It was a short distance to the pier but far enough away to be away from the noise when you wanted to be. We would definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:
Right on the beach
Beach chairs, umbrellas, etc
Spacious
Plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, etc
Cons:
No hair dryer or iron
No coffee or cooking oil, etc
Overall would definitely recommend and stay again!
This condo was well equipped and perfect for our group. The view was amazing from the living room, kitchen and deck. Away from the crowds yet a shot walk to the center

Great Location; Needs update
If you are looking for a great location overlooking the ocean, this is the place for you. It is close enough to "town" to walk to the pier, shops and restaurants.
If you are looking for updated amenities, this is currently not the place for you! While it was clean (for the most part), it lacked quality furnishings. The refrigerator leaked causing a mess on the floor daily, the furniture was old and worn out (owners tried to put "throws" over worn down couches and chairs but they did not stay on, as soon as you sat on them, the covers came off). There was no coffee maker (thank god I brought mine with me!) and also no air conditioning, it was so humid while we were there and we could have enjoyed a bit of A/C! There were no rugs or throw towels in the bathrooms, Bath Towels were low quality, (again, thankful I brought my own) and the sheets while clean, the under-bedding had stains (looked like blood stains on the master bedroom). Also for a 4 day/3 night stay there was only ONE additional roll of Toilet Paper for the unit.
Check-in was ok - received a call from Manager in the AM stating we could check in early if we needed to, but when we arrived, the key was missing from the lock box. That was a bit frustrating, but after about 20 minutes we finally got a key to enter the building.
We really enjoyed OOB as it was close to many other towns (Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Kennebunkport, Kittery, etc) with a lot of things to do, but for the rates per night this place typically goes for I would not pay unless they update it. The view was breathtaking to say the least!
