Ripped off by 2 days
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We were in unit 102 which was on the first floor. We checked in on Sunday nite and were evacuated (told to leave) on Wednesday morning because of the impending hurricane. I asked the front desk if there was any way to get reimbursed for the next two days we were supposed to be there. She said she would check with the owners. I called the following Sunday or Monday to see if that was a possibility and she just said no. She didn't even check with the owners at all. I would think we would have gotten at least something since it wasn't our fault we had to leave. She told me that we should have stayed and that they were actually not on the evaclist at all. Anyway, will not stay there again. Rude front desk and place is old and smells like a sewer.

The condo was awesome. It was in a perfect location with plenty of room. We had an unexpected suprise when we got there and the condo was furnished with beach chairs and even had a couple of boogie boards for the kids. Overall a perfect experience
