From the listing, to the host communication, to their beautiful condo - all of it was exceptional. This unit was absolutely perfect for my wife and I while visiting our daughter at school. The pictures shown within the listing are certainly well done, but seeing it in person was even better! Joan's attention to detail within the condo was superb and the entire space was spotless. All rooms were well-appointed and you could tell a lot of thought was put into the finishing touches and extra toiletries. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable.The condo had everything you could possibly need for a great stay and Joan's communication throughout was fantastic! Will certainly stay here again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay! Such a well appointed and comfortable space. Just loved all the IU decor! Walkable to the downtown (although it was too chilly to do that!), easy parking and easy to get in and out. Joan provided great information on checking in and navigating the complex. I stayed at this property while my kids were diving at the University. It was under 10 minute drive to the university. The property was clean, had everything I needed for a stay and the location was great for daily runs along the b-line (which the owner suggested and it was the highlight of my day)The owners were lovely to deal with and very responsive. Beautiful in Bloomington!

We were in town for a men’s volleyball tournament and met up with family for the weekend to watch our sons — and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and relax! The condo literally has everything you could want or need for the weekend and according to my husband, “the best coffee bar set up ever!!” The host was super communicative before, during, and after our stay — and left us a card/candy for Valentine’s Day!! The check-in/out process was very easy as was the parking. It is a great location, right near downtown, IU, Kirkwood St - you can’t go wrong staying here and we would certainly book it again if we find ourselves in Bloomington!

We were in Bloomington for only a few days. We had come to pick out a headstone for my mother so not the best of circumstances but the Cream and Crimson made us feel at home. It was a place we could relax in comfort. It is a beautiful place. Very clean with gorgeous furnishings. The hosts even provided all the small bathroom amenities one might forget. Parking was easy and Joan was very communicative. I would stay here again without hesitation. However, for those used to sharing a king-size bed with their spouse or whoever, the bed was small for us but we made it work. Thank you, Joan for such a positive experience during our trip. Truly appreciated.

We love walking and biking everywhere. Location was important to us when choosing a place in Bloomington. We walk to get groceries, walk to grab coffee in the mornings and dinner! Its such a nice change of pace from living in the suburbs while the kids were at home.

Location, location, location! We love feeling immersed in the community with all the happenings going on down town and we hope you love it as well!
