The outdoor space is surrounded by breathtaking landscape, plenty of outdoor furniture for entertaining, outdoor grill (propane provided), outdoor shower & game room! South Beach Association Access to the beach is about a 200 foot walk. Come down the driveway and walk left towards the beach you will make a right on East Ave. From there you walk about 100 feet up and it will be on your left...You will be provided with 10 Beach Badges..Required.. Close to all boardwalks, shopping, amazing Restaurants. Parking on the premises 3 Spaces and Let's not forget it is Pet Friendly!! Unbeatable Location!

The location, eclectic decor, and spacious layout of this house make it wonderful for a family vacation. However, the house and sleeping accommodations are in need of TLC to bring it up to caliber with others in the area and the cleanliness was a concern for our family. Specifically, the beds are old and uncomfortable, back doors are difficult to open and close with handles that frequently fall off, and internet frequently did not work. Most of the bath towels provided were dirty, the master comforter was badly stained, another comforter was completely ripped with stuffing coming out, almost all of the dishes and silverware were dirty etc. While the property managers heard our concerns and came to drop off more towels and check on the doors, many of these issues are systemic. With minor upgrades and attention to cleanliness detail, this house could be a real gem.
