Wonderful Stay

This is a beautiful, large house with a great floor plan and everything you could need to have an amazing vacation. Great location (walking distance to the Boardwalk), awesome pool, televisions with all the streaming services, games, even dog bowls! Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Beautiful Home, Close to Everything!

My family rented this beautiful property for a week during Summer 2022. It had everything we could've asked for and more, and it was a short 8 minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. The owner/property manager provided great information & recommendations in the area and was very responsive during our stay. We enjoyed our trip so much - we hope to return next year!

Fantastic house within walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and downtown. The house is uber equipped with everything the kitchen and beyond. Beautiful Home & Great Location!

This beautiful Pt Pleasant home is a short walk to everything! The spacious home has a well-equipped kitchen and the bedrooms have very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and there are plenty of towels and beach items. Having a pool and grill was fantastic. The owners were lovely to work with and they are so organized and shared a lot of useful information. Thank you Rand Family!

Wonderful!

Fantastic house with so many amenities to make you and your family so very comfortable and happy. The heated pool and wonderful backyard and toys were a big hit with my family. A short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and the town with its many pretty shops and abundance of restaurants. Joe, the host, was so very communicative having all sorts of info about the house and the area ready for us. Joe would check in to make sure my family of 10 were enjoying ourselves and comfortable. We hope to be back again!

Beautiful home and easy walk to Point Pleasant beach

House was wonderful, specifically the well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed for our family especially the toys and games for our grandkids. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. Pool was refreshing. Patio table area and backyard needed some cleaning up with the surrounding weeds/debris from large trees. Photo of backyard on listing not current. Owner notified.

Perfect vacation home

The home was fully stocked with all necessities including many organic foods & spices. It surpassed our expectations. The homeowner was on top of everything and maintenance. We were there for 3 weeks and highly recommend to anyone especially those with large families. The website does it no justice we booked without seeing the property. It was so much roomier and comfortable than what was described.

Best place to stay in Point Pleasant

This property and VRBO experience has been the best out of all the places we have stayed. The communication before, during and after was great and helped make the stay even better. The property was spacious for our family of 10 and the layout was great for kids that wanted extra space on the 3rd floor. After the beach, we would come back and enjoy the pool. It’s an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk too. One great feature is you don’t need to bring towels, bedding or beach gear - it’s included with the house. Great property, great hosts and great time. Thank you!!

Extended Family Beach Trip

We were able to stay in this beautiful beach home in Point Pleasant for a week to spend quality time with extended family from out of state. The owners friendliness and communication was one of the best things about this rental. They were easy to reach and well organized with relaying the details about our stay. The property easily accommodated the 4 couples and kids from our family for the week. The layout of the home was perfect for our children and the outdoor space was the perfect little oasis to make our vacation relaxing. I would definitely rent this property again if we are able to visit Point Pleasant in the future.

What our guest doesn’t say is that we had a small pool equipment issue during her stay, and that she was absolutely wonderful in letting us know about it to get it fixed quickly. Luxury home by the beach

We stayed a week and can't wait to come back. 6 adults and 6 kids fit more than comfortably in this great house! Even before booking, the owner was very responsive and informative. This continued until the end of trip. The house includes so many amenities we definitely over packed, even with bringing our 6 month old. It's a great location less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and central to shops and restaurants. You won't be be disappointed with this luxury home away from home!

House has plenty of room. Pool was great. Used grill every night. Extra refrigerator in garage was extremely helpful. We were worried about parkimg for 5 cars but it was a non issue. Was able to park right in fromt of the house. Close to beach and jenkinsons boardwalk.

Make wonderful family memories

There is not enough positive words to tell about this property. Beautiful home with more than enough room for the 6 of us and our 2 small dogs to spread out. The pool was a bonus along with the 3rd floor room for the kids to hang out. We were able to walk to the boardwalk and town. Finally our hosts Joe and Linie. Joe was extremely responsive if we had any questions and contacted us during the week to be sure we didn't need anything. Our grandkids said this was our best vacation and our family has done many beach vacations together.

Highly Recommend!

My husband and I travel a Lot and will happily say this location has turned out to be one of our favorites. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located close to the beach, as well as to town. Joe and Linie as hosts are phenomenal. Every detail about the functionality of the house, local activities, and attractions is given in a guide. They leave nothing out in their very thorough introduction to the house and town. We found it extremely helpful and only wish more hosts were this attentive to detail. Joe and Linie were very helpful with accommodating our move in needs. We found them to be very understanding, easy to communicate with, and were always quick to respond. Trevor and I have enjoyed our stay completely and would highly recommend this location to any future guests seeking to stay in the Point Pleasant Beach area.

Great Beach Stay

This spacious home is within walking distance to the Point Pleasant boardwalk and beach. Just about everything is within a 10 minute walk. The house is unbelievably well-equipped with everything one would need for the beach, including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a sturdy cart that our 2 grandchildren rode in to go back and forth to the beach. The house is enormous, with plenty of sleeping space and areas for the children to play. And, speaking of children, there were a zillion stuffed animals and games. Out back, in the fenced in yard, is a heated pool and tons of pool inflatables and toys. Our dogs were able to wander around back there without fear of escaping. The hosts, Joseph and Linie, were extremely responsive and accommodating.Their instructions for the home and surrounding areas were the most comprehensive we have seen. Great vacation! Great time! Great hosts!

Fabulous house and pool

We loved staying here! The owners are super nice and very responsive. The house is nearly new, very spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room and dining area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. We enjoyed using the beautiful, heated pool every day. The owners left pool toys for our kids to use, including basketball and net, which provided hours of fun for our teens. The master bedroom suite of the house is enormous. All the beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect for us - close enough to walk to the beach, Jenkinsons' boardwalk and miniature golf but not too busy or loud. The owners provided plenty of beach chairs and a cart for us to use as well. The only small issue we had was trying to figure out the TVs and the various remotes in the house (the owner LOVES technology!) Fortunately, we were traveling with teenagers and they knew what to do. (In fairness, the owners do leave detailed instructions for everything.) Putting our digital fears aside, we had a wonderful time and would certainly return again. Five stars!

Great house! We had everything we needed. The pool was the best! The location of the house was close to the beach. The kitchen was spacious, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our needs. My only suggestion is to have outdoor furniture pieces that do not need cushions. The elements have taken their toil on the cushions.

A wonderful week!! The house is spacious with plenty of room for my family. Especially for a toddler to play! The walk to the beach and boardwalk is very easy and enjoyable. We loved the pool and just relaxing in the backyard. The hosts were so lovely and accommodating too!

Beautiful house , perfect location. Joe was responsive with any question I had. Inside the house was spotless. The place had so much space for everyone to be comfortable in their own place. Kitchen has everything someone can need. We were able to walk to the boardwalk every night. We were able to see fireworks from Jenkinsons. The yard space, pool and grill were all in excellent condition. Thanks again Joe for letting my family enjoy a week in Point Pleasant we will never forget.

Home Away From Home

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! It felt like we were in our own home—but better! The house was not only very clean and spacious, but had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was hands down the best part. It was so nice and bonus—heated! The location of this home was ideal. Not just 5 min walk to the Boardwalk and shopping. We will definitely be back!
