About this property

Our family-friendly home is your home away from home. We are walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and downtown restaurants.

New inground salt water pool, 1/2 block to private beach in the south end of town with 6 beach passes provided. 4 bedroom, plus 1 sofa sleepers in the living room. 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. Handicap elevator lift, outdoor gameroom in the oversized boat garage perfect for kids or adults alike! Plenty of off street parking for 4-6 cars. Furry family members welcome!

Must be 25 or older to rent and must supply your own linens and towels.

Great location!

This house is at a good location to the beach. however to enter beach it is a block away. The house was nice, but definitely was not worth the price we paid. The kitchen was stocked, but the pots and pans nonstick was all scratched, the cooking utensils was melted, we had to go out and buy new pan and utensils to cook on The dishes are not microwaveable, cheap plastics, we had to purchase paper goods. The outdoors is nice but it’s difficult to walk in the rocks in the back yard. The master bed frame upstairs dangerously sticks out, beware of your legs hitting it, we got multiple bruises. We had a great time on our vacation, but it was definitely inconvenient to have to worry about little things listed above .

Excellent Family Vacation Home

There’s a ton of entertainment for children and adults and a pool on site. Very close to the beach. Gayle is extremely communicative and accommodating. We’ve stayed here two summers and plan on coming back many more times.

Awesome house and property

We had a great time at this property. The pool is great, the boat garage is awesome for hanging out if the weather isn't great! The location is perfect. Close to beach and boardwalk but not to close. Gayle is an awesome host and we would absolutely recommend!!
