The cottage is located on a quiet street with a private yard which feels so relaxing. The cottage is clean and the kitchen very well stocked for cooking. The small couch and TV area creates a nice way to allow quiet for sleeping in the bedroom which has a very comfortable bed. This is a very nice place to stay.

We have never stayed at an Air B&B Great property!! Clean and managed well , I would widen the walkway a bit) but I am a larger person so) bathroom was ok) Great host !! Always checked to make sure we didn’t need anything. Great adventure

I absolutely loved my stay in the charming Garden Cottage because of its historic 'real home' feel, comfortable furnishings, flavorful, convenient, and peaceful location, excellent work environment, and perhaps most importantly the wonderful host, Eve, who is a great character and incredibly helpful. This is not your typical make-money rental, it is a unique, real, and truly wonderful space and environment. I relished each day here and can't wait to stay again!

The cottage is a cottage. It’s not brand new but it’s clean , quaint and comfortable. The price was very reasonable especially given we were there for graduation weekend. Hotels were 400-500 a night assuming you could find a reservation The host was lovely and responsive.

Great stay - close to everything

Really enjoyed the stay. The place is in walking distance to many great places to eat and get really good coffee. It's quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is there!

Nice Stay Close to Restaurants

Area was close to food trucks and nicer restaurants. The bed was pretty comfortable and the train wasn't very loud. Overall decent stay for the area.

Cute cottage in Eugene

The location was very convenient for traveling around the state- we used it as a “home base” for visiting the coast and parks in the greater area. The cottage had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy! We enjoyed the AC after long days of travel.
