Texas Retreat Near I-10
A Texas themed retreat just 5 minutes off of I-10 near the San Jacinto River. Solar powered with an EV charger and a back up battery earth friendly unit. Decorated with unique Texas antiques for a Houston centric stay. Features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, pet friendly.
Near Baytown, 20 minutes from Downtown Houston, 30 minutes to Kemah and NASA, 20 minutes from Etreme ATV Off Road Sports and Beach in Crosby. This is a 2 story duplex. Someone else might be renting out the other unit.
Guest access
You will be leasing out the side without a garage. You will be given a door code to access the property.
Other things to note
The other unit is a 3 bedroom unit with an attached garage. It is fixed in a Beatles theme. It is not quite ready to open the calendar yet. If noone is staying there you may also use that driveway. We will let you know if it becomes booked during your stay.

Peaceful stay
We came to my nieces 15th party and needed a place to stay near family. This house was a great option. The neighborhood is quiet, not much traffic, and the house was very well organized and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Very homey and comfortable house
The property is very well equipped. The only concern would be the water pressure in the downstairs shower, its very low. Also, stepping out of the tub I miscalculated how high the side is and almost fell (it is abnormally high). Other than that, we had a great stay!
