ABOUT THE SPACE

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa features all the comforts of home accentuated by stunning views of the Valley’s foothills. Enjoy a home-cooked meal, courtesy of your fully-equipped kitchen- containing oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, refrigerator- around an elegant dining table. Afterwards, head on over to the sprawling living area and warm up by the marbled fireplace and settle down on comfy couches to watch a movie on your flat-screen TV, equipped with DVD player.

The warm-toned master-bedroom features a plush, king-sized bed with private TV as well as a bathroom equipped with marble counters, a shower, and a bath. Rolling out of bed in the mornings is made easier by your room’s easy access to the enormous patio, accessorized by lounge seating and panoramic views of the sun-steeped Valley, perfect for watching the sun rise with an early-morning coffee. The guest bedroom features a cozy, queen-sized bed and is right across the hall from the guest bathroom, similarly styled by marble and equipped with shower and bath.

TAXES AND FEES

At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $15 plus tax resort fee* will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.
