Welcome to Dunes of Panama C606! This beautiful condo offers fabulous Gulf Views from the living room, kitchen and master suite. This is a top floor unit with tile throughout, including the bathrooms, with carpeted bedrooms.

With two bedrooms and two full baths, Beach Life is Life is the perfect rental for families! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead you to your large balcony that spans living room and bedroom giving you the BEST sunset views. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of dining room seating, and comfortable living room. Or enjoy the ocean breeze while serving your meals on the balcony – there’s a large table and extra seating outside as well. Should you decide to do laundry, we offer new washer/dryer. All linens are provided, including beach towels.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, nightstands, full dresser and television. Full bathroom offers separate vanity. The large guest bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds, dresser, and smart tv. Adjoining bathroom also opens into hallway for easy access. Owners provide beach chairs and umbrella.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY

This unit sleeps up to 7 people.

NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed, even on the unit’s balcony area.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM Be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. This resort has a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests, security, or neighbors, you may be issued a warning or be asked to leave the resort without a refund.

Pool Hours: Open 8am-10pm / Closed from 10pm– 8am for maintenance.

Chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Towels and other personal items do not reserve chairs. People do. Refer to posted pool rules before entering pools or hot tubs.

Please note: In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and/or unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of any of the resort's amenities.

Pet Policy: Guests may not bring pets to Dunes of Panama - No exceptions.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Signature of Rental Agreement by Primary Renter required.

No parties or unregistered guests.

Lack of adherence to any of the above will result in immediate eviction and no refunds of any kind.
