This is not your usual half duplex. Almost 1400 sq ft of living area with MARBLE flooring, gorgeous cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless appliances.
3 Flat Screen TV's, 1 DVD Player. Hi speed wireless internet service.
This is definitely not your average half duplex, lots of pride in ownership here.
There is a security fence for toddlers to keep them away from the canal in the brick paver patio on the water side. 37.5' step down dock with fish cleaning table, 30-amp power and bait freezer.

Pets are not normally accepted. Please ask for approval before booking and if approved pet fee will be additional.
