Welcome to our 1 Bedroom Apartment in Downtown Stamford! With convenient access to restaurants and amenities, this unit offers everything for a relaxing home away from home. Recently updated with new marble tile in the bathroom and a fireplace in the bedroom, it's designed for comfort. Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit in the flat yard or on the oversized deck. We ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, keeping noise levels low in common areas. Parties or loud gatherings are not permitted. Please note there is one flight of stairs to access the apartment. Additionally, pets are not allowed on furniture, and excessive fur may incur a dry cleaning fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to a $30 fee. We want to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and have implemented these rules accordingly.

Please note:
- We also have laundry hours in which guests are allowed to do their laundry. These hours are from 9AM-8PM every day of the week.
- Flight of stairs are required to access.

Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The dead end street was nice and the neighbors were all friendly. The area felt safe. You are within walking distance to great food spots and driving distance to downtown area. The only complaint I have is the TVs are outdated and should be updated. No one uses cable boxes anymore and the remote for that TV only turned the TV on but nothing else worked but the box.

Couldn't wait to leave

This was a disgrace. The check in process was horrible. I don't know if it was a VRBO issue or the property manager but we weren't able to drive and check in at the same time. The property was in a good location, but the overall condition was horrible. The shower was broken, neither TV worked, bedroom lights that were activated by a sensor (even in the middle of the night). We couldn't believe that VRBO hasn't removed them from their listings. This was really a bad look for VRBO. Makes hotels look better.

Sketchy

I had someone try to enter my apartment while I was there. I woke up the next morning and the door was unlocked? I'm unsure if they change their passcodes and in general, I felt uneasy. There is a simple lock from the kitchen that leads into an entry way for two other apartments. I wish there was a better feeling of security. Additionally, there were a few bugs on the ground and paint everywhere. The closer you look at places the more you see (unfinished flooring, poor paint jobs, broken utilities). Also the bed is located right next to a window that is very close to an active road. I would wake up due to the noise level and I typically don't struggle with this.
