This apartment features a gas fireplace, 1925 baby grand piano, modern furniture in the living room. It has two master bedrooms with kings beds and adjoining master baths with double vanities and rain showers. One master features a soaking tub. The third bedroom contains two queen beds and twin bunks. Two families can enjoy this unique apartment. Watch the evening sunset in the large picture windows or open the living room garage doors and enjoy the outdoors. Downtown shops and restaurants are steps away from your door. Why they chose this property

This property was a 10,000 ft. eyesore on the square. In danger of being condemned, Walt saw the potential and wanted to save the building and turn it from an eyesore to a vision of beauty.
