This 2 bed/2 bath unit comfortably sleeps 8 featuring a king bed, 2 queen beds, and sofa sleeper! Enjoy the awesome amenities such as indoor pool/hot tub, outdoor pool, & bbq pits! The Space:
Welcome to Harbour Place in Orange Beach! This is a low density complex with parking under the complex to be able to park out the sun or weather! There are 2 elevators leading to the unit floors, one by the entrance of the complex and one toward the pool in the front of the complex.

Upon entering the 5th floor, take a step off the elevator for covered inside access to unit 508! Very convenient for packing/unpacking both your luggage and groceries!

Inside the unit are 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms! The first bedroom features 2 queen beds and the primary bedroom features a king bed. If you have extra guests, utilize the sofa sleeper!

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, barstools at the breakfast bar, and the dining table for all your meals!

Right off the living room is the balcony featuring a side view of the Gulf of Mexico!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything inside unit 508 and the private balcony! Guests will also have access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool/hot tub, bbq pits, and beach access!

The Neighborhood:
Harbour Place is located within short driving distance to some of the best restaurants in town as also grocery stores such as Publix, Walmart Neighborhood Grocery, and Rouses!

Getting Around:
Upon entering the complex you can park in any unmarked parking spot. Please place your parking pass on dashboard or rearview mirror. The parking pass will be in your unit when you arrive.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is $30 per parking pass, limited to 2 passes. $30 will be charged for one pass when booking. If an additional pass is needed, we will send a $30 payment request.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available through VRBO for each guest before, during, and after their stay.

Great Stay at the Beach!!

We had a soccer tournament in Orange Beach and decided at the last minute to book a condo instead of stay at the team hotel. We made the right choice. The accommodations were made and the owners were quick to get us set up on short notice. The entire process couldn't have been made any easier. The building itself could use a little sprucing up, but the condo was nice and clean. The entire experience was so easy and straight forward that we are hoping to stay there again in the future!

Stayed 2 nights in May 2024
