The living area offers multiple seating options for ultimate relaxation, a 50" flat screen Samsung Smart TV, Blu Ray players and board games for the whole family to enjoy. The living room sofa also converts to a queen size bed. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen television and BluRay player. The master bathroom has a full bathtub and shower combination and blow dryer. The guest bedroom has two double beds, flat screen television and BluRay player. The guest bathroom also has a full bathtub and shower combination and blow dryer. This unit also offers a washer and dryer so you don't have to bring your full wardrobe! Phoenix VI has a beautiful beach-facing pool with waterfalls, an indoor pool and three hot tubs. There is also a fully fenced in kiddie pool for your kids to enjoy. The property offers indoor racquetball court, state of the art fitness center, sauna and on-site tennis courts.

3 star rating due to cleanliness

Enjoyed our stay as always, but the cleanliness was not up to standards from previous years stay. There were multiple water bottles found under the beds, trash under furniture, towels not all the way cleaned/dried, toilets not clean-still had stains in the bottom of them, the pantry had a horrible odor, etc… we stay in Phoenix condos every year and have never had this issue until now. I was upset about paying a cleaning fee and then walked into this.
