Secluded House Ntl Forest Border Wi-Fi Pets
Unique, secluded house with wi-fi. Bordered by the Mark Twain National Forest on the south and east. Walk out to hike or hunt. Large yard with soaring pine trees, BBQ grill and fire pit. Enjoy peace and quiet with all the amenities of home, including wi-fi and cell phone service. Pets are welcome. The North Fork River is just a short drive down the road. There are many nearby hiking trails, river accesses and historic mills to explore.
This house has many steps and due to the unique shaped bedroom doors, privacy curtains are used instead of solid doors. The pullout bed is a full size bed located in the living room.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. A barbecue grill with utensils is available for outdoor cooking, bring your own briquettes and starter fluid.
Sit on the deck or around the fire pit and listen for woodpeckers during the day and owls in the evening.
Both bedrooms have queen beds with privacy curtains.
The large living room has plenty of seating, a dining area, full size pull out sofa bed, 50" Roku TV, games, puzzles and a Sonos wireless speaker.
The upstairs office has a desk and chair, 32" TV with Roku, two comfy chairs, electric fireplace and books.

I have lived in the Dora area most of my life. I love the Ozarks! I manage the Dora Historian social media page that features history, genealogy, and photography from this region. I enjoy hiking, mushroom hunting, camping, fishing and hanging out at the river.
Why they chose this property
The Octagon has such a serene setting. Listen to the wind in the pine tree, owls hooting and woodpeckers calling. Look for deer in the woods bordering the backyard.
