This beautiful custom-built Kiawah Island vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, a media room, and a private pool. Located on the desirable street of Surfsong, the beach is a short 7-10 minute walk away.

This home showcases luxurious finishes, including gorgeous hardwood flooring, custom tile, and shiplap siding. You are immediately drawn to the great room with a wall of windows, accentuating the pool and fairway view. The open great room offers comfortable seating with couches and chairs as well as a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV and games for entertainment. Just off the great room is the sunroom, complete with a couch, three chairs, and access to the deck and pool. The dining room features a long table with seating for ten. The gourmet kitchen is highlighted by custom cabinetry, granite countertops, gas range, double ovens, and a large island with bar stool seating for four.

The primary suite features a king bed, cozy side chair, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to its private balcony. Its spacious en suite bathroom offer double sink vanities, large shower with steam shower feature, and deep soaking bathtub. Ascend the stairs to the second floor, which features three bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a media room. The bunk room, offering two sets of bunk beds, one trundle bed, and one queen bed as well as a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, is the perfect place for children to vacation together. The room has its own bathroom with a shower. The queen bedroom and the second king bedroom share a hall bathroom with double sinks and a shower. Each of these rooms also has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The media room features a 70 inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, wine cooler, and access to a deck overlooking the pool. The room has a pocket door which may be closed for privacy. Just outside the media room is a bathroom with a shower.

The home is beautiful from top to bottom. Venture outside and the beauty continues. The back deck, offering a dining area as well as lounge chairs, invites you to sit back and unwind. The pool is roughly 18 1/2 x 10, with the spa being 6x6.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
