About this property

This is where new and mid-century character come together for a beautiful stay

This is where new and mid-century character come together for a beautiful stay. 5 min from UNB AND STU. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath and many upgrades. This is a two-unit home on the hill. Parking available for 2 cars and laundry is also available.

You will be using the top part of the house. please use the front door. Laundry is through the kitchen to the shared back entrance.

We are still currently under renovation in the basement apartment. We will not be working but may have to come in or out, in the back entrance for supplies. Please note that we are doing our best while this project is taking place.

Wonderful peaceful sanctuary!

Wonderful place to stay! Everyone was happy with the place. We felt safe and comfortable. Frederiction so easy to wander around and see so much happening. Would book again in a heartbeat!

The property is very well equipped and very clean. The location was absolutely ideal for our purposes, with excellent walking access to UNB. The owners are very quick and responsive to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend, and hope to be able to visit again in the coming years.
