We had such a great time; house was clean & beautiful & equipped with so many extras, and plenty of space for everyone. Location was convenient to stores & restaurants, with great views of the beach & ocean. It was our first time vacationing in Topsail & we will be back in South Topsail in November for our niece’s wedding.

Family Reunion

The immediate family gathers every two years at a NC beach, this year North Topsail. Del Boca Vista North provided an excellent residence for our purpose with immediate/close beach access, bedrooms for 4 families, large rooms for family gatherings, sufficient dining areas for all 16, and as a bonus an arcade game room including air hockey. Pops won most air hockey challenges vs. all teenagers!

A dream vacation home!! Perfect location with it being a short walk to the beach. Don’t want to sit on the beach? Enjoy the fantastic views from the 2 decks or from the upstairs living area. The owner has provided many extras…beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. She is extremely responsive. Really you couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot!!

We love to share our house with other families who need a break from the hustle & bustle of the daily grind. As busy parents of teenagers, we know the importance of a stress free vacation and serious downtime. We feel that our home provides everything you will need to unwind and truly relax. We hope Del Boca Vista North exceeds our guests expectations and gives them the same sense of peace & tranquility that we enjoy here as a family. And YES, we're huge Seinfeld fans.

Since we are a family who uses our beach house A LOT in the off season, we're pretty sure this house has it all. We pride ourselves on making sure you have everything that you should need to relax, unwind and just be present with your loved ones.
