This is a nice clean space, and the outdoor patio was awesome! Great location...so we didnt need a rental car. We walked all of the SoCo area and used Ubers to go downtown and to and from the airport. Its also close to an H.E.B and great restaurants. Good communication with our host. Overall a great stay!

We loved this place. We went to Austin for a camp my daughter was doing at St Edward’s. It was literally across the street from the university. It was also really close to a HEB and all sorts of bars and restaurants. It was comfortable and clean. We loved all of the decor as well. My wife especially liked the walk in shower. Elizabeth was as very responsive with any questions. Even the neighbor was nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the south side of Austin.

We had a wonderful stay

I booked this property for 5 days. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, the best coffee shops, and grocery store. The house was extremely clean and has everything you need. All beds are comfortable, shower water pressure is great. Elizabeth is a wonderful host. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic, comfortable home in a great location!

This home was fantastic and in a quiet cute neighborhood! The location of this home is in a perfect place walkable to the amazing South Congress District! There are four very comfortable bedrooms, a gorgeous kitchen, perfect for entertaining and cooking! Very easy parking, a very big outdoor yard with TV and couch. The host were very friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

I have an annual friends trip to get together with friends from across the country. This was our first time using VRBO and we'd definitely use it again. The place was clean, the rules were simple, and the house had everything we needed. Way more relaxing than some of the trips we've taken in the past.
