Located in the desirable area of Palmilla Caleta, Los Cabos, Casa Maravilla is the perfect luxury vacation paradise for you and your family! This 5-bedroom, 5 and a half bath. The villa can sleep up to 14 guests, maximum, so there's more than enough room for the whole family to enjoy the beauty of Casa Maravilla. In addition, the private Caleta area features two security gates to maintain the safety and privacy of its guests.

Each of the five lavish bedrooms at Casa Maravilla has been outfitted with plush pillows and luxe linens, along with unique artwork and a variety of wood furnishings. Three of the bedrooms include a King bed, as well as their own ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom, which has 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds, and the fifth bedroom, with 2 Queen beds.

Master your culinary skills in the spacious gourmet kitchen of Casa Maravilla! With stainless steel appliances, you'll have all the tools you need to make a spectacular meal for everyone. Comfortably furnished both inside and out there are plenty of seating options to accommodate everyone. The spacious open-concept living and dining area is the perfect place to entertain all your guests.

As well as plenty of over-sized sunbeds and chairs out on the terrace, there is also another dining table, wine and beer fridge, and a gas grill for you to take advantage of. The large sun deck culminates with the infinity-edged pool and a large hot tub, which has room for at least 12 adults.

Only one row back from the beach, be prepared for stunning views out over the ocean toward the world-renowned One & Only Hotel on the point of Palmilla, at Casa Maravilla. To make the most of the views, all the French doors found on the upper level of the villa fold back to allow you to enjoy both the view and the soft warm breeze. The pool overflows down a wall to the lower level and provides a water feature for the lower level where three of the private bedrooms are located.

Your booking of this luxury villa, which is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community, includes access to Palmilla Golf and Tennis. Additional fees apply. Please ask your concierge for reservations and tee times. One & Only restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla hotel. Access to the gym and pool areas of the One & Only Palmilla is restricted to hotel guests only.

Perfect location, close to the best swimmable beaches! Great house with lots of outdoor living space that includes a fun pool, fire pit and plenty of seating. Sun Cabo Vacations did an amazing job. We had pre-arrival stocked groceries and a chef every morning. Everything was perfect! Anna, our concierge, was super helpful and attentive. The house was cleaned beautifully everyday and the beach towels were plentiful and always replenished. Overall, a wonderful vacation!

Great family vacation

This location was easy to get to. The house was awesome. The maid daily was exceptional. She was so pleasant to have around and so helpful. The property manager was responsive. We had one issue with the jacuzzi. But they did get us past that. The location to the beach is very nice as well and the walk down is easy. It's nice to be able to walk to the restaurant next door but just be careful to time the tides!

Luxury, convenience & comfort at Casa Maravilla

The entire staff made our stay ideal! My parents, my husband & I w/our two boys, my sister, her husband and their two girls all stayed comfortably! An amazing housekeeper kept everything fresh, clean and stocked daily, the property manager was incredible, Lucy had groceries delivered and stocked when we arrived, we were welcomed with margaritas, (regular and virgin), quesadillas made on the spot, guacamole, pico and chips! 🤤 She arranged 4 masseuses to give us massages at the house simultaneously and arranged a fishing charter for us, (where my oldest caught his first marlin! 🙌), and addressed any issues quickly! The house is beautiful, it was an unforgettable vacation!

Beyond Fantastic!

Upon arrival we were met with the house manager and chef serving chips and guacamole, margaritas, and hot off the grill cheese quesadillas. The home is so huge and yet comfortable with more place to sit and gather than anyone can imagine. We spent most of our time on the beautiful covered patio terrace overlooking the pool. The place is enormous and just a shot walk to the beach which is actually a very sweet sandy cove. All the rooms are top notch so no one should feel they got the "kids" quarters.Management took care of all our transportation needs in advance of all the wedding events our family was attending. It was a 5 star holiday. Don;t give this property and company a second thought. You will not be disappointed!!!

Incredible stay at a beautiful property

A group of 11 ladies stayed here to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party. We were greeted by Jackie and a very welcoming team who made our stay very enjoyable. The concierge team coordinate two chef meals to be cooked at the house - so reasonable and delicious - and also arranged private transport to/from the airport and restaurant. We had a few minor issues that were promptly addressed and Jackie was a quick text away. The house is very clean and well kept and the views are incredible. One thing to note is that the 3 downstairs bedrooms can only be accessed by taking the stairs by the pool to the lower floor (cannot be access from inside). It's hard to tell that from pictures, but it did not impact our stay. Thank you to the owner and Sun Cabo for making our stay very relaxing!

The property owner, Kathleen, is extremely controlling. I needed written consent to have my next-door neighbor walk over to sit by the pool with me. On our first night, the owner sent her property manager over to the house. He pretended to be an Uber driver but was actually just counting the number of people in the main room. The neighborhood has noise restrictions after 10PM and will fine you for violating them. Not the place for you if you want to relax and have fun.

Unfortunately Annie - you did not read the "no events" clause in your contract nor did you pay attention to the check-in document you signed when you arrived which explicitly said that if you wanted outside guests you have to ask permission. You had 30 people at the house on the night you arrived which made it imperative that I "control" your parties. When we rent homes, we rent them to the group that is presented, not for parties.

Perfect, large luxury space for a group of friends to have their own space, and want to be outside

We had a group of six couples come together to celebrate my guy's birthday, and this space was awesome for us -- every room feels like it has it's own personal space and you don't feel like you're on top of each other. I chose this house because it looked like it had the most outdoor space and that's where we wanted to spend the most of our time, and that definitely didn't disappoint - there were enough lounge chairs for everyone to layout, eat outside at the circle table, and play games in the lounge area with outdoor speakers, too.The pool was a good size with a shallow ledge for some of us to lay out, and the hot tub being big enough for everyone was a plus. The house was really nice and had great amenities and comfortable beds. We did not use the kitchen but had a private chef and everything was awesome i.e. there was enough utensils, coffee maker, etc. Easy time accessing the house and cleaning staff each day was awesome. Re location: for us it was great close to golf courses, about a 20-25 min drive to Flora Farms/Acre for a fun night out for drinks/dinner, and the bar at One and Only is a 5 min cab ride away. Security was very strict and we always felt safe. There is a taxi stand IN Palmilla, so they are a 10 min call away for easy transport. Also, this house is literally across the street through a back walkway and paved, beautiful stairs to a little beach which was also a definite perk! When the tide is down you can walk it. The only negatives is that three of the bedrooms are on a bottom level, and the only way to access them is by going down the stairs by the pool. This was advantageous for our group because it gave everyone enough space, and then three couples bedrooms have it's own patio, but I can see where this may not be the best depending on the age group.

Casa Maravilla is perfect

Layout, pool, beach access are all sublime. In my Cabo experience, it doesn’t get any better than Caleta and I don’t know how a house could be any better.

WOW! Thank you for an amazing trip to Cabo. Our girls had such an incredible time. The house was absolutely spectacular! The drivers were wonderful driving us from the airport to the house. The welcome drinks, chips and salsa were incredible! The house cleaners were SOOO hardworking and did such a great job every day. It was so nice to not have to worry about cleaning everyday which allowed us for more time to just be together. It was such a treat. Lastly, we hired Isaac one day for serving drinks around the house and he was amazing. We were so happy to have him!

Spacious yet makes you feel right at home

I stayed in Casa de Cortes for only a night but it was one I’ll truly remember. This villa, which is located in the quiet and exclusive Palmilla Caleta community, is great for anyone looking for a private getaway without compromising a great view of the sea. The villa is charming and quaint – from the architecture of the house to the décor and furniture. I got that “at home” feel as soon as I walked in the door. At the same time, I was surprised at just how big the house was – it was a lot more spacious than I had expected from the photos. The main level featured two big bedrooms, both with a great view, as well as the kitchen, living room, dining, and sun deck. There was a big infinity pool, Jacuzzi and fire pit, along with a lot of couches and lounge chairs for working on that vacation tan. On the lower level were three more bedrooms as well as a ping pong table. The other thing that made the stay so memorable was that it was the day of the Super Bowl. We had some friends over to watch the game, and this is where the spacious main areas of the villa really showed their worth. The fully-equipped kitchen area gave us the flexibility to enjoy traditional game day snacks such as wings and fries while also giving the chef and the rest of the Sun Cabo team plenty of space to work on the absolutely delicious culinary masterpieces that they prepared for us for dinner. Meanwhile, the living room area was so big that even with our entire group we probably would have been able to fit a car or two in there. Casa de Cortes definitely gives that feeling of comfort to its guests, and I’ll definitely look to visit again on my next trip to Cabo.
