Enjoy a delightful stay in my sunny 1 bedroom home for your Cottonwood trip. The unit is equipped with AC, washer and BBQ plus everything is renovated. We use this home when we are in Sedona but share it with others from time to time. Enjoy original art, authentic Moroccan rugs and fun design on a large lot just 15 mins from Sedona and a stones throw to old town Cottonwood. Jerome is just up the hill and 2:30 to the Grand Canyon! Great trail system right at the end of the road.

Wagonmaster is in the Bridgeport area between Cottonwood and Seonda. It's a perfect location. Quiet and country. Located on a shy acre down a dead-end quiet dirt road

Smart lock to get in, private circular driveway on a large lot.

Pets aren't allowed on furniture or in the beds. Please do not leave fuzzy home alone. We know from experience that when animals are left alone they get nervous and want to curl up in bed where you sleep and it ends up becoming a major issue for our cleaning crew. If the house is left with extra cleaning from pets and we have to incur additional cleaning charges or the bedding/linens needs to be replaced, we will be forwarding them to you at cost.

Located just a few minutes from old town, Cottonwood and about 5 miles away from excellent Sedona trails. The house is two hours and 15 minutes from Grand Canyon Village, and is a great location outside of busy Sedona for stargazing.
