Modern spacious studios in an historic 100 year old boarding house. These studios come with a King size bed, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, ceiling fans, 43 inch flat screen television with Dish Network, Netflix and Roku streaming content.

The deck you see in the photos is a large shared area accessed from the upstairs hall. It has gorgeous views and makes a perfect place to sit and have a glass of wine in the early evenings. There is a shaded patio area underneath it on the ground floor for when the weather is too warm to sit in the sun.
