I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I would suggest to prospective guests that they should read the other reviews for a more balanced take on what the apartment is like. Most people love it. This guest wanted to cancel at the last minute with a full refund and we declined to do this. We are an historic property with renovated apartments, not a new hotel with modern rooms, and as such, perhaps not ideal for everyone. Most of our guests are very satisfied.

Not as advertised. TV is in an obstructed view; no propane for grilling; bathroom door handle is about to fall off.

Absolute gem!

This little apartment was complete with every detail. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a complete meal, not to forget coffee creamers in the fridge, and fresh coffee in the cabinet. The king bed and linens was so comfortable, and not to forget the rooms were spotlessly cleaned! The host Daniel was so attentive and kind to bring us some new batteries for the TV remote! We will definitely be back!

Nice, safe neighborhood with good location for Verde Valley Medical Center. Cute studio apartment in older building with reasonable rates. Responsive and accommodating host. Enjoying my stay!

Accurately described

Overall the stay was good! The room was fully stocked with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. I was solo and really didn’t cook anything but it was ready to go for those who want to cook! My biggest downer was the lights coming from the window in the kitchen. The cars come straight at you and I couldn’t get the shade to stay closed. I would stay again!

Convenient, cozy spot

Simple but cozy and very bright. Easy access to Cottonwood and Jerome. A must in Clarkdale is to visit the copper museum.
