THE SPACE:

Our Eco Tiny House is a unique way to enjoy a minimalist nature experience without sacrificing the comforts of home. Snuggle up by the cozy electric fireplace, enjoy sweeping views of desert bliss, breathe fresh air blowing through the windows, and sleep soundly on the organic mattress.

This eco-friendly experience is designed with the health-conscious guest in mind. Everything is natural and organic—from the shampoo to the salt to the coffee. We use only green, non-toxic cleaning products.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

* A romantic couple getaway
* Adventurous folks who want to try something new
* Travelers who want to try glamping but don't want to go without all the comforts
* Nature lovers who want to see stars, breathe fresh air, and see for miles
* Hikers, bikers, and sightseers who want to be close to Sedona but want to avoid staying right in the hustle and bustle and its associated high costs.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE LAND:

Wild Way Ranch is a 6 acre parcel that borders 10K acres of national forest, but the Tiny House is not in the middle of nowhere! We are at the edge of a residential neighborhood, and Mingus Ave is 1/4 mile away for easy access to shopping, restaurants and all the amenities.

This provides a unique experience of living close to nature, yet it is conveniently only 17 minutes to Sedona and 5 minutes to Old Town Cottonwood.

CAMPFIRES:

You may have a campfire when there is no fire ban. However, if you come in the summer dry season, there is a good chance of a government-issued fire ban, and campfires will not be allowed. Please contact us first if a campfire is important to your stay.

CONNECT TO NATURE / NOT THE INTERNET:

WIFI is not available in the space, as we encourage our guests to connect to nature! However, most providers have good cell phone coverage for calls, texts and hotspot use.

KITCHEN:

The tiny house has a fully functioning kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, propane stove, and hot running water.

BATH / SHOWER:

Enjoy an inspiring, heated shower in pure water from our private well. The Tiny House is equipped with a standard flush toilet.

HIKE & BIKE OUT THE BACK DOOR:

If you want to explore, an epic hiking and mountain biking trail network can be accessed just five minutes from the property. Contact us for directions and guidance when you are here.

GUEST ACCESS:

The entire private area is about two acres. There is another house on the 6 acre property and you may see other people during your stay.

You are welcome to explore this area but please don't venture elsewhere on the property.

About the host

I've lived all over the USA and Hawaii, but my family and I keep coming back to Arizona. There's simply no better place to call home. I enjoy all things outdoors and spend as much time in the desert sun as possible. I love sharing this incredible location with others!

Why they chose this property

Wild Way Ranch was once the Lazy Acres Ranch, a historical location that was settled in the alter 1800s. We own the last parcel of this once much larger ranch and are the first new owners since the original settlors passed it on. We love Sedona as well and this location is as close as you can get the enchanted red rocks and still be in Cottonwood.

What makes this property unique

The property is bordered on three sides by desert wilderness and public land, yet is only 5 minutes to the grocery store, 6 minutes to old town Cottonwood and 15 minutes to Sedona. This creates an amazing nature immersion experience, but still close to town, that is almost impossible to duplicate.
