The perfect choice to stay!!

I'm a local from The Valley, and I can't recommend this place enough. It's a great spot for a quick stopover. The view of Cottonwood and Sedona from the porch is just amazing, and it's perfect for a coffee break or an evening meal. The host is really top-notch, and the place is super cozy when touring your friends! This location is perfect for quick Valley get aways! Enjoy!! We did!! 🥰🥰

Amazing Place

We loved this property - and the host Mike and his dog are so friendly and kind. Location is very accessible to Sedona, hiking, and the Verde Canyon Railway. We also enjoyed using the BBQ grille. Can't wait to stay here again.

Host was very friendly. We had a great stay. If you are looking to stay for long, this will be convenient as it is 20 mins drive to Sedona. The location is closer to Walmart. It might be tight if you have 4 people in this house for longer duration. I recommend this stay and would consider staying again.

Pieceful getaway

It was perfect, our host Mike made they stay exceptional! Was pieceful, relaxing couldn't ask for a better place to stay in our vacation. There's a telescope outside in the patio to star gaze. All the essentials for what you'd need to cook while staying. Just all in all a cozy place. Close to all sight seeing around the area. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for a three nights while visiting Cottonwood Arizona. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to downtown and surrounding attractions. We enjoyed the peace and quiet while sitting outside watching the sunset. It has a million dollar view of the surrounding mountains and terrain. Loved it.Mike was an awesome host! He checked to make sure we had everything we needed and provided activity and food recommendations. We highly recommend staying here and will try to book again next time we go to Cottonwood.

Cozy comfortable accommodations in Cottonwood

We just finished staying at Mike's place for 45 days. Mike was helpful and accommodating from start to finish. We arrived three days later than booked due to a family medical issue. Mike generously allowed us to stay anextra three days at no cost. We saw the surface of planets from the front porch telescope. Super cool! Because there is no oven, Mike provided a gas grill that we used frequently. Bonus: there is an amazing family run restaurant two blocks away, an easy walk
