About this property

Welcome to Carillon Beach and to all of it's amenities! This one bedroom condo has beautiful views across Lake Carillon and the Gulf of Mexico. The facility includes a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and 3,900 linear feet of sugar sand beaches. This is a great unit for a couple or small family. Enjoy the privacy of a Gulf Front community only minutes from 30-A to the west and Pier Park to the East. Downtown Carillon Beach has 3 restaurants, a fitness center, yoga studio, and a general store for beach stuff, bike rentals, the latest in beach fashions, paddle board rentals and more. The master bedroom features a king bed and the living area also has a pull out sofa.

Perfect getaway!

This was a great spot to stay. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. Beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the lake. Nice furnishings a well equipt kitchen. The pools were very nice too. I would return!

Perfect couples getaway!

My husband and I booked this for our anniversary. The space is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are brand new and some still had the tags on it! Enjoyed relaxing on the lovely porch. We look forward to our next visit.

Awesome upgraded condo

We loved our stay at this condo- WE like being on the Lake vs the Beach- personal choice- This unit was highly upgraded and looks even better in person!! Can't wait to come back.
