Carillon Beach Inn #307 is located in the spectacular Carillon Beach Resort, in close proximity to Rosemary Beach and Pier Park! Enjoy the luxurious amenities of the resort, including 7 private beach accesses, 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, and dining option & shopping in Downtown Carillon. The resort encompasses 104 acres of exquisite landscape and 3,900 linear feet of sugar-white beachfront.

Check in information will be sent 24 hours prior to check in. Check in time is 4pm, this gives house keeping enough time to clean and sanitize the property. Access is a smart lock, code will work at 4:00pm.
Unit #307 is a recently updated, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo inside the Carillon Beach Inn complex on the third floor, located within the greater Carillon Beach Resort. The bedroom has water views and comes equipped with a king-size bed and plush bedding. The private balcony, located just off of the bedroom, overlooks beautiful Lake Carillon – a great place to enjoy morning coffee or take in the sunset.

Beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a wagon included. Bike rentals onsite.

The living room features a comfortable couch that opens to a queen sofa bed. There is also a 65-inch smart TV. The kitchen is well provisioned with basic cookware. Please note there is a stovetop, however no oven. There is a toaster oven.

We provide enough Toilet paper, Paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, dish soap/detergent until you can get to the store. (hotel like)

Perfect getaway

Wonderful property! The bed overlooks the lake instead of being next to the loud highway - big plus! Decor was very beachy and cute! Right next to the elevator - never too loud and very convenient.

Beautiful, peaceful place

This is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Beautiful beaches are just over the trees in the distance and great eateries are just down the road. If you're looking for a place to get away from it all, this is the place for you.

Best vacation place in Florida

The unit is very clean and everything you need is there, towels, cook wear, utensils, even beach chair. Publix is nearby too. The beach is not crowded. We will definitely be back!
