Staying in a small, semi-equipped studio that has a bathroom, mini-bar refrigerator, bird watching point and a balcony, located 2 kilometers from the Las Baulas National Marine Park, we will work together on its conservation and protection. We will spend nights under starry skies to support sea turtle and light pollution monitoring projects. During the day we will help the Marine Litter Laboratory in plastic pollution analysis, mainly, and assist in collecting data on coastal protocols on the different beaches of the national park. They will also experience community work for sustainable development, attending waste management and environmental education sessions with groups of schoolchildren or eco-tourists. Finally, you will get to know the Playa Grande community up close, having lunch and dinner at a local restaurant and a surprise on the last night of your visit. Both internal transportation, transfer from/to Guanacaste (LIR) or Tamarindo (TNO) airport, as well as a daily brunch and dinner, snacks and guided tours are included in the accommodation rate. They are considered times of recreation and visits to other nearby places.
